Andy Scutt’s internationally respected bicycle navigation event comes to the festival! Basically, it’s orienteering, but on bicycles. He has spent the spring and summer laying out 40 checkpoints over a 16 sq mile area with the festival at its centre. The bulk of the checkpoints are in the countryside, school grounds and surrounding green belt. You get a map and a checkpoint booklet and have to see how many you can cycle to, collect the ‘clue’ and get back within 100 mins. No GPS, just old school equipment list: brain, map & compass – err and bring a bicycle!
A bicycle if you have one
No, just turn up
