On your walk around the festival area, you will learn how to identify and safely forage wild ingredients. Hedgerows will never look the same again!
After the walk enjoy a well-earned cocktail, before discussing the techniques needed to turn these wild plants into your own drinks at home. Armed with this knowledge you should be able to make your own vermouths, cocktail bitters and even a foraged bathtub gin.
