John Manning’s Tree Tour

An arboreal adventure around the festival site!

Join John Manning for a wander amongst the trees in the Hatherop Castle grounds where you’ll will learn skills in tree identification, discover their ecology and history and the pressures they face.

Gaining just a minute understanding of the trees and environments that you encounter whilst travelling will greatly enhance your connection to nature and to local people. John will speak about his experiences travelling by motorcycle from London to Tokyo and the trees he found along the way. Bring a cup of tea and a flexible neck for looking up!
