In a bid to get rid of the gut (after sitting on my arse writing a PhD) I’m running again, and in-between spending quality time tinkering in the shed. Super-charging this very basic premise, I set out to run a mile an hour around my perfectly mile-long block for 24 hours, and in between do as much as possible;
fixing stuff, making things, odd jobs- likely becoming the fullest, meaningful, most ridiculous day of my life.
