Some of you may still want to travel to Brodie Castle.

Brodie Castle is off the A96, 25 miles east of Inverness and  5 miles west of Forres. Easily accessible by car and by public transport.

By Car:

Leave Inverness and follow the A96 for 25 miles in the direction of Aberdeen, passing Inverness Airport and passing through Nairn, until you reach Brodie. Once through Brodie take the left hand turn over the humpback bridge. At the junction Brodie Castle is straight ahead. The post code is IV36 2TE.

Fly / Bus / Train:

  • You can fly to Inverness Airport and hire a car for onwards travel or the number 10 bus service also travels from the Airport.
  • The number 10 bus service travels from Inverness Bus Station to Brodie and the castle is a short walk from the bus stop.
  • Train services leave from Inverness to Forres. Taxi to Brodie from the station.

On arrival you will be directed to the registration desk to check in and receive your festival wristband.

Can I bring my dog?
Yes you can but be aware that they may restrict your activities as (with the exception of assistance dogs) they are they are not permitted within Brodie Castle, The Stables or Playful Garden  but they are more than welcome within the grounds of the estate.

How do I get between venues?
All the venues are on the Brodie Castle estate and are a short walk apart from each other.

Stay at the luxurious Lairds Wing at Brodie Castle.  This has all the comfort of a luxury modern home, while being spread across three floors of this magnificent turreted castle.  For three nights (for 14 people) to include weekend passes, meals and inclusive screenings of some of the films – £6950
